Traveling can be exhausting and sometimes you would just like to be in a cosy place and stay there for a little while, having the possibility to make yourself a lovely cup of coffee early in the morning, cook your own food, or visit one of the nearby restaurants if you don't feel like doing dishes -

the downstairs apartment is a great option if you are travelling with your family or group:
both bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and offer place for 4 guests, a 5th guests could sleep on the sofa bed.

Welcome to the Mermaid Beach Hotel and Callaloo Restaurant & Bar, located in the heart of Hillsborough in Carriacou, off the coast of mainland Grenada. Opened in July 2015, our 22 room modern hotel boasts 4 ocean view beachfront rooms, 4 king bed rooms, and 14 standard rooms either with 1 queen or 2 single beds. There are also interconnecting rooms.
All rooms are spacious and feature air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephones, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, mini refrigerators and exquisite contemporary bathrooms with rain forest showers. Kettles, ironing facilities and safety deposit boxes are available on request. As a beachfront property, guests are just steps from the ocean. Adjacent to the hotel is the Callaloo Restaurant & Bar, which currently serves breakfast only.
The Mermaid is located in the heart of town, within walking distance from shops, financial institutions and government offices. It is a 5-minute drive from Lauriston airport and a 10 – 15 minute drive from the new port at Tyrell Bay, where the Osprey shuttle, Dolly C, Tyrell Bay Express and other boats dock.

Las Tortugas (The Turtles) is a luxury seafront villa sleeping up to 6 guests across three bedrooms, perched on a breezy hillside above Paradise Beach on the island of Carriacou, Grenadines. Built around one of the most extraordinary views in the Eastern Caribbean, the villa looks out over a mile-long sweep of white sand, a network of coral reefs, and the islands of the Southern Grenadines stretching to the horizon.
Set on almost an acre of private hillside, Las Tortugas offers the kind of seclusion that is genuinely rare in the Caribbean, with easy access to Paradise Beach just a short walk down the hillside path below.
A Villa with Character:
Las Tortugas is furnished in Southwestern American style, accented throughout with hand-painted murals, colourful hand-woven textiles and original Caribbean artwork. Terracotta tile floors, whitewashed walls and arched doorways give the property an unhurried, timeless quality. This is a villa with genuine warmth and personality, not a generic holiday rental.
The villa is perfect for couples seeking privacy, families wanting space to spread out, and groups of friends looking for somewhere genuinely special to share.
There are two master bedrooms both spacious, light-filled rooms opening directly onto the sundeck and infinity pool terrace. Each is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans, built-in closets and a private ensuite bathroom. Ocean-facing windows frame the view across Paradise Beach and the Southern Grenadines. Both rooms are decorated with hand-painted Caribbean murals, colourful hand-woven textiles and original local artwork.
A mezzanine loft bedroom sits above the main living area and sleeps two comfortably with a double bed and ceiling fan. It is a charming and characterful space, ideal as a third bedroom for families or groups.
Three large arched doorways connect the main living area to the veranda, which runs the full width of the villa and frames one of the most extraordinary views in the Grenadines. The veranda is equipped with a gas barbecue and outdoor dining furniture, making it the natural heart of the villa for meals, sundowners and long evenings watching the lights of the Southern Grenadines.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with wrap-around breakfast bar, a dining area, laundry and powder room. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment needed for self-catering, and daily housekeeping is included with every stay.
On the lower level, a large recreation room with its own bathroom provides a separate entertaining space with billiards, satellite TV with DVD player, and a selection of books and board games. The recreation room has direct access to the hillside path leading down to Paradise Beach.
Las Tortugas Luxury Villa
The private infinity pool sits on the sundeck terrace and appears to merge seamlessly with the Caribbean sea below. The sundeck includes a gazebo, outdoor bar, BBQ, picnic table and sun loungers. From here, the view stretches across the bay to White Island and the Southern Grenadines.
